goodwin8 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits are credited to your goodwin8 Wallet in Philippine Peso. goodwin8 does not accept cash deposits or third-party deposits made on behalf of another person.

goodwin8's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to goodwin8 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
goodwin8 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond goodwin8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the goodwin8 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes.
Your continued use of the goodwin8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using goodwin8 and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
